🏈 REC DAD’Z FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE (30+ MEN’S LEAGUE)
Rec Dad’z Flag is a competitive and fun 5-on-5 non-contact men’s flag football league designed for athletes ages 30 and up. Whether you’re bringing a full team or signing up as a free agent, we’ll make sure everyone gets placed and ready to play.
📍Location: Pony Express Field – Ipswich
Game Times: Sundays at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM
Season Dates: April 19 – June 14
Schedule: 8 regular-season games + playoffs
Fee: $165 per participant
Includes: Team jersey & flags
Rules: AAU Men’s Rules (no kickoffs)
